Frequently Asked Questions: Paramount’s Acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery

Paramount recently announced the acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, creating Skydance.

We know our suppliers may have questions about what this means for current agreements and day-to-day business with Paramount. This FAQ provides an initial overview. In short, please continue to operate under your existing agreements and processes as usual. We will follow up with additional details and any specific instructions well in advance of any changes that affect you.

Does this affect my current contract or purchase orders with Paramount and/or Warner Bros. Discovery?

No. Your existing contracts, purchase orders, pricing, and payment terms with Paramount/Warner Bros. Discovery Remain in effect and unchanged for now. Please continue to invoice, ship, deliver, and transact exactly as you do today.

Is there anything I need to do right now?

No action is required from you. Please continue to operate under your existing agreements and processes exactly as you do today, including invoicing, ordering, and payment terms. We’ll share more information and any instructions related to changes you may need to make to continue transacting with Skydance. We are committed to giving you as much notice as possible ahead of any process changes.

Will my contacts, ordering process, or invoicing portal change?

No. If changes are made to systems, contacts, or invoicing, we will provide advance notice along with clear instructions and a transition timeline, so you have time to prepare.

Will  contracts be affected, or will I now be asked to be a supplier for new both brands?

If you separately supply goods or services to Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery today, those relationships also continue as usual under its current terms. Any decisions about combining, transitioning, or aligning supplier relationships across the combined company will be communicated directly to affected suppliers in the future, with appropriate lead time. If changes affecting suppliers occur as the transaction progresses, your regular sourcing contact will provide formal communication and updated points of contact, as appropriate.

Who should I contact if I have a question about my specific agreement?

Please reach out to your Paramount and/or and Warner Bros. Discovery procurement contact.

How will I be notified if something does change?

We will communicate required changes to you directly, with clear instructions and reasonable notice, through official Skydance channels (such as your named Paramount/Warner Bro. Discovery contact, ERP homepage messaging, or supplier information portal). We will not ask you to make urgent payment or banking changes via email without independent verification.

Where should I keep an eye out for information?

For Paramount suppliers, we’ll share updates via email and banner messaging on the homepage of the invoicing systems and on the Supplier Portal (Graphite) in the coming months, before any process changes occur. Please take a moment to double-check that all details associated with your profile in the Supplier Portal (address, email, etc.) are up to date, so you don’t miss any communications.

For Warner Bros. Discovery suppliers, please continue to monitor the supplier website and portals which will include the latest updates, as needed.

What if I receive a communication asking me to update sensitive information, e.g., bank account?

We will not ask suppliers to change banking information, remittance details, or payment instructions outside of established and verified processes. If you receive any unusual request or are unsure whether communication is legitimate, please contact your regular representative before acting.
