Richard W. Fisher served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas from 2005 until 2015. After, he was a Senior Advisor to Barclays from 2015 to 2024 and has served as a Senior Advisor to Jefferies since 2024.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Fisher was Vice Chairman and Managing Partner to Kissinger McLarty Associates from 2001 to 2005. From 1997 to 2001, he served as Deputy U.S. Trade Representative with rank of Ambassador. He has also held senior roles as Managing Partner of Fisher Capital Management and Fisher Ewing Partners LP, and served as Senior Manager at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.
His experience includes serving as a director at PepsiCo and AT&T from 2015 to 2021. He has been a director of Tenet Healthcare Corporation since 2017.
Mr. Fisher's term will expire at the 2026 Annual Meeting of stockholders.
