Paul A. Gould has served at Allen & Company, a private investment bank, since 1972, including for more than five years as a Managing Director and Executive Vice President. During his tenure, Mr. Gould has served as a financial advisor to many Fortune 500 corporations and has been an advisor on several significant media and entertainment company acquisitions. He has served as a director of Liberty Global since 2005 and Liberty Latin America since 2017. He also served as a director of Radius Global Infrastructure from 2020 to 2023.

Previously, Mr. Gould served as a director of Ampco-Pittsburgh Corp. from 2002 to 2018. He also served as a director of Discovery Holding Company from 2005 until 2008, when it merged with Discovery.

Mr. Gould's term will expire at the 2026 Annual Meeting of stockholders.
