Joey Levin has served as Executive Chairman of Angi since 2025 and previously served as its Chief Executive Officer from 2022 to 2024 and as Non-Executive Chairman from 2017 to 2025. Prior to Angi, Mr. Levin served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of IAC, a media and internet company from 2015 until 2025. He joined IAC in 2003 and held several senior leadership roles throughout his tenure, including as Chief Executive Officer of IAC’s Search & Applications segment, Chief Executive Officer of Vimeo, and Chief Executive Officer of Angi when it was a publicly traded subsidiary of IAC. Mr. Levin has served as a director of MGM Resorts International since 2020.

Mr. Levin’s term will expire at the 2026 Annual Meeting of stockholders.
