Marina G. Kagan

Marina G. Kagan has served as our Head of Public Affairs since May 2004. She oversees Public Relations, Investor Relations and Government Relations at Wimm-Bill-Dann. Marina has been involved with the company since before the 2002 IPO. She was as a partner at Shared Value, a London-based international financial public relations and investor relations firm hired by Wimm-Bill-Dann in preparation for its listing on the NYSE. Marina played a key role in establishing a communication strategy prior to and during the company’s IPO, as well as building up its investor relations and public relations functions.

From 1991 to 1998, Ms. Kagan worked for BBC radio and TV and she served as a Moscow correspondent for the BBC World Service from 1995 to 1998. She joined Gavin Anderson & Co, an international investor and public relations consultancy in 1998, where she served on the Board of Directors until 2001. From 2001 to 2004, Ms. Kagan worked as a partner at Shared Value in London. Ms. Kagan graduated from Westminster University in London, England.
