Tony Denis Maher
has served as Wimm-Bill-Dann’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board since April 2006. Mr Maher was born in Ireland and has worked in a variety of senior roles in Western, Central and Eastern European markets within the Coca-Cola system. He served as Region Managing Director for CCHBC, a company listed on the New York and Athens Stock Exchanges, where he was responsible for a region covering approximately half of the company’s business. CCHBC has a product portfolio of soft drinks, water, juice, ice tea, energy and sports drinks, including both its own brands and those of Coca-Cola Company. Additionally, before joining WIMM-BILL-DANN as CEO, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Multon, a Russian juice company.

Dmitry V. Ivanov has served as Wimm-Bill-Dann’s Chief Financial Officer since May 2008. Prior to joining WBD, between 2003 and 2008, Dmitry served as First Vice-President, Finance and Investment, at Sitronics, a publicly listed company within the AFK Sistema group, where he was responsible for capital market transactions and corporate financial strategy. Before that he worked in a variety of senior finance roles in AFK Systema Group, Multon (Coca-Cola), Creditanstalt Investment Bank and Fund for the Support of Small Business. In 1991 Dmitry graduated from St. Petersburg Shipbuilding University and received an accountant degree from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance. Dmitry Ivanov has an MBA from Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School.

Natalia K. Turkulets has served as Wimm-Bill-Dann’s HR Director since May 2008. Before joining WBD, from 2003 to 2008, Natalia served as HR Director in Salym Petroleum Development N.V. (Shell JV). From 1996 to 2003 Natalia worked in a variety of senior roles within the HR Service in ConocoPhillips, a US-based oil company. Natalia Turkilets graduated from Patrice Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University in 1990, majoring in mathematics and translation and interpretation, and received her PhD in Social Science.

Marina G. Kagan has served as Wimm-Bill-Dann’s Head of Public Affairs and a member of the Management Board since May 2004. Ms. Kagan graduated from Westminster University in London, England. From 1991 to 1998, Ms. Kagan worked for BBC radio and TV, serving as a Moscow correspondent for the BBC World Service from 1995 to 1998. She joined Gavin Anderson & Co, an international investor and public relations consultancy, in 1998, where she served on the Board of Directors until 2001. From 2001 to 2004, Ms. Kagan worked as a partner at Shared Value, a London-based international financial public relations and investor relations firm.

Gennady K. Krainov has served as Wimm-Bill-Dann’s Head of Asset Protection Department since December 2003 and as a member of the Management Board since June 2005. From 1975 until the end of 2003, Mr. Krainov held managerial positions within national security bodies and the tax police. He also worked for the Russian External Trade Ministry and Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Mr. Krainov graduated from the Moscow Geology Institute and the Higher School of Committee for State Security, where he received a legal degree.

Oleg E. Kuzmin has served as Wimm-Bill-Dann’s Group VP Operations since March 2008. Previously Oleg served as the Head of the Dairy Business Unit, a position he has held since August 2004. He is also a member of the Management Board. Mr. Kuzmin has been with Wimm-Bill-Dann since 1995. From September 2003 to August 2004, he was Head of Operations of the Dairy Business Unit. Prior to that, he served in various managerial positions, including head of the cheese project, Director of the Nizhny Novgorod Dairy Plant, Strategy Director of the Lianozovo Dairy Plant and Marketing Director of Wimm-Bill-Dann’s Trading Company. Mr. Kuzmin graduated from Moscow State Bauman Technical University and from Moscow State University. He also received an MBA from the Academy of National Economy of the Government of Russian Federation. 

Silviu Popovici  has served as the Head of Wimm-Bill-Dann’s Beverages Business Unit since September 2006 and he is a member of the Management Board. Mr. Popovici has extensive experience in sales, marketing, operations and general management with global companies Bristol-Myers Squibb and Coca-Cola in Romania, Russia and Ukraine. In two and a half years before he joined the company, Mr. Popovici worked as Country Manager for Coca-Cola HBC Ukraine in the fastest growing Coca-Cola market in the world. He has a degree in physics from the University of Bucharest and is currently completing an MBA at the London Business School in the UK.

 

 
Grant Winterton has served as Wimm-Bill-Dann’s Group VP Sales since March 2008. Previously Grant served as WBD Group Head of Marketing and Innovation since November 2006. He is also a member of the Management Board. He has extensive experience in marketing and sales with multinational companies, including Wella Haircare, Campbell Soup Company (Arnotts Snacking) and Coca-Cola in Australia, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and China. He also has dairy industry experience with three years in both the milk and soft dairy divisions of National Dairies, Australia’s largest dairy producer. Over the course of 14 years before joining Wimm-Bill-Dann in his present role, Mr. Winterton worked in a variety of senior marketing, sales and managerial positions in these fast-moving consumer goods companies. Mr. Winterton holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia, where he graduated with a double major in Marketing and Finance.

 


Gary Sobel
has served as Wimm-Bill-Dann’s Group VP Marketing and Innovation since March 2008. Previously Gary served as Head of the Baby Food Business Unit since March 2007. Mr Sobel began his career at Procter & Gamble, where over 13 years he worked in various positions in Canada, the US, the UK and Russia. Besides working in Russia and Central & Eastern Europe for 5 years over 1996 to 2001, Mr. Sobel’s Procter & Gamble experience also included working on Procter & Gamble’s Wal*Mart Customer Team, and heading up In-store Marketing and New Product Performance for their Baby Care Division. From 2005, Mr. Sobel was the Managing Director for Dirol Cadbury (a division of Cadbury Schweppes) in Russia/CIS. Mr Sobel graduated from Concordia University (Montreal, Canada) with a Gold Medal for highest standing in his Business Administration program, and also has an MBA from the University of Western Ontario (Canada), where he graduated on the Dean’s Honour List.
