Pervouralsky City Dairy Factory is located in the city of Pervouralsk in Sverdlovsk region and became a part of the Wimm-Bill-Dann production and trade group in January 2006.
The factory processes up to 20 tons of milk a day.
The enterprise specializes in the production of natural dairy and curd products and drinking yogurts under the brand Snegirevo.
The factory began operations in 1970.
The acquisition of Pervouralsky City Dairy Factory gives Wimm-Bill-Dann the ability to enter new markets, expand its geographic reach and cut down its logistical expenditure as it reduces the need for additional transportation between the regions.
Initially, products will be produced under the Snegirevo brand. In the future, the company plans to produce dairy products under its own brands Little House in the Country and Happy Milkman.
