Wimm-Bill-Dann’s CEO, Sergei Plastinin, said in a statement: “Mr. Preobrajensky brings vast business experience and a strong track record in financial management to the Company, securing continued progress in the overall financial management at Wimm-Bill-Dann. We are committed to strengthening our management and ensuring continuity in the improvement of internal and external financial reporting procedures.”

Mr. Preobrajensky, 40, has extensive experience of top level financial management at leading Russian institutions, including the post of the CFO and Vice President of VimpelCom, Russia’s second largest telecommunications provider and a NYSE listed company, the posts of Vice President of Incombank, CFO of the Shtern Cement group, and Project Director for “Scenarios for Russia,” an independent Russian research group. Mr. Preobrajensky holds a degree in spacecraft engineering from the Moscow aviation institute.
