““Brand of the Year/EFFIE-2002” gala awards ceremony took place at the “New Manezh” on 1st November 2002.
This year 136 brand creation and promotion projects took part in the contest. Wimm-Bill-Dann received the following awards:
“Dairy Products” category: Gold for “Chudo-Yogurt”; Bronze for Bio Max“Soft drinks” category: Gold for “J-7”“Chudo” brand was also awarded the Grand Prix in “Reputation and Trust” nomination, which is described as the most effective contribution to the long-term strategy of a brand, which has been in existence on the Russian market for the past five years. “Chudo” was described as having conquered the trust and loyalty of Russian customers through offering a well established name, a symbol and the promise behind it in one product.
